White blouse & leather skirt, the easy chic combo

With good basics, you can create any outfit. It's the basis, and you can then play with jackets, accessories, statement pieces to make it original.

I've got that Mango blouse for ages now, actually took it one size above to get it really oversize. I simply stuffed it im my mini (fake) leather skirt from Pimkie.

And the vintage denim jacket from my Mom is back ! As I said in the previous post, summer in the North of France isn't super warm this year, so you definitely don't go out without a jacket.

The cute bow bag that you already saw here is from Missguided. And those killer heels are from Sacha. 

Had my eyes on them since May, and I can tell you I'm not disappointed! I don't wear a lot of heels so my feet hurt pretty fast...And that pair is the first one that I can really wear all day long without dying (and that's of course awesome).

Avec de bons basiques, on peut créer n'importe qu'elle tenue. C'est une bonne base, ensuite il ne reste plus qu'à jouer avec les accessoires, vestes, bijoux pour la rendre originale.

Je porte ici une blouse Mango oversize que j'ai depuis quelques années maintenant, et qui est définitivement un basique de mon dressing. La petite jupe en simili vient de chez Pimkie, et j'ai ressorti la veste en jeans vintage de ma maman.

Ce petit sac vous le connaissez probablement déjà (vu ici) et vient de chez Missguided. Enfin, ces chaussures plus que canon viennent de chez Sacha. 

Je les ai à l'oeil depuis le moi de mai, et je peux vous dire que je ne regrette pas mon choix! Elles sont tout simplement hyper confortables, et pourtant je suis du genre à ne porter des talons que rarement parce que j'ai très vite mal aux pieds...

If there should be only one print that defines summer, it would be stripes.

I almost never wear them during winter, because it feels so inappropriate (and makes me really sad because I love summer ahah).

I'm sorry to bother you with high waisted Levi's jeans, but I love the vintage vibe. Just be careful with the Levi's 501 Skinny ones, I bought one in my actual size and got a bruise because when I sat it was too tight on my hips (even if it was just the right size).

Got this one a size above, it's bigger on the waist (impossible to wear without a belt), but feel so much comfier.

Si je devais définir un seul imprimé pour l'été, ça serait les rayures (avant les fleurs oui oui).

Je n'en porte d'ailleurs quasiment jamais en hiver, parce que je trouve qu'elles représentent tellement l'été (et que l'été me manque beaucoup aussi ahah).

Je sais j'abuse avec mes jeans Levi's taille haute, mais j'adore l'esprit vintage. Par contre pour info taille, prenez plutôt une taille au-dessus. Le premier 501 skinny que j'ai pris m'a fait un bleu parce qu'une fois assise il était trop serré aux hanches (alors que la taille était parfaite).

J'ai pris celui-ci une taille au-dessus, impossible de le porter sans ceinture mais il est tellement plus confortable ;)

What I would wear to a wedding

Definitely not an easy subject for me, as the last time I attend a wedding I was 12, I didn't really had a word to say about the outfit.

I know it's a tricky event, because you can definitely not wear white (actually it mostly depends on the bride I know some grils who definitely don't care if you want to wear white to the wedding).

Plus it needs to be chic and of course not too short (yeah, you're not at the club).

Sooo that brings me to this look. A flower printed maxi dress with pretty details on the shoulders and a suuuper cute pineapple belt. 

I chose to wear it with heels, but make sure to have a pair of flats with you, because you'll probably be dancing a lot ;)

Alors autant vous dire que ce n'était pas un sujet facile pour moi, car la dernière fois que j'ai été a un mariage j'avais 12 ans. Et je n'avais pas réellement mon mot à dire sur ma tenue à cette époque...

Je sais que ça peut être un sujet compliqué, étant donné qu'on est pas sensée porter du blanc (mais en vérité ça dépendra beaucoup de la mariée, j'en connais beaucoup pour qui ce n'était pas important).

Evidemment il faut être chic et éviter de porter quelque chose de ras la... (on est pas en boîte)

Donc voilà ce qui m'amène à ce look : une maxi robe imprimée fleuri (j'adore les détails aux épaules) et une petite ceinture ananas troop mignonne !

J'ai choisi de la porter avec des talons, mais évidemment vaut mieux prévoir une paire de sandales plates beaucoup plus confortables pour danser ;)

Why you should own a pair of slingbacks

Summer is in Europe, and it's the occasion for us to rock those pretty dresses and skirts. But most of all, we can finally wear open shoes without freezing !

Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of slingback shoes. Always associated them to grandma shoes (don't ask me why), but today they're for me the chicest shoes ever. 

Either pretty high or with a kitten heel, they're hot. They show just a little bit of the foot (I'm not a big fan of toes, they look like tiny fat fingers for me), soooo they make a pretty good compromise ;)

L'été est enfin en Europe, et on peut enfin ressortir nos jolies robes et jupes, mais surtout on peut à nouveau porter des chaussures ouvertes sans mourir de froid! 

Honnêtement je n'ai jamais été une grande fan des slingback, je les ai souvent associées aux chaussures de mamie (ne me demandez pas pourquoi...), mais aujourd'hui je les trouve tellement classe. 

Que ce soit à talon haut ou mini, elles sont canons. Elles montrent juste ce qu'il faut du pied (je vous avoue que je ne suis pas une grande fan des orteils, je trouve qu'on dirait des minis doigts boudinés ahah), du coup la slingback est un bon compromis ;)

The sunday look

Aah Sunday's outfits are my faves. You can wear whatever you want, and nobody (I mean, work) can say anything about it.

I always try to keep it comfy/chic, soo denim is definitely something I wear during the weekend (and if it's too hot, that jeans will be replaced by I denim short, obviously..)

Sorry not sorry, you'll have to deal with those mules again. I know that some people find mules ugly (my GF for example..), but I loooove them ! They're just super girly-cute ♡

Ah la tenue du dimanche, c'est bien ma préférée. Vous pouvez porter ce que vous voulez et personne (enfin, aucun collègue/patron) ne pourra dire quoique ce soit à se propos ;)

J'essaye de rester dans un combo confort/chic, du coup le jeans est d'office de sortie (et s'il fait trop chaud, ça sera un short en jeans évidemment)

Ah et..désolé, mais vous avez encore une fois droit à ces mules. Je sais que certaines personnes détestent les mules, mais j'adooore. Elles sont juste tellement mignonnes ♡
